Andrew Bollard / Founder
Never one to sit around, (so he says). Andrew began working in the oil and gas sector more than 35 years ago. Starting out as a SAT diver like his dad before him – he soon became interested in the challenges of working above sea level.
He worked his way through the ranks to take on the role as operations manager of 3 platforms in the Caspian Sea for BP.
His ability to foresee issues and solve problems quickly was invaluable. Andrew's career has taken him all over the world. His experience legendary within the industry and so is his hands-on approach to each project.
15 years ago Andrew retired from oil industry to set up GSI Ltd, specialising in geothermal and water well drilling.
Whether GSI are drilling 1 borehole in your back garden or 30 boreholes on a commercial site, he'll be seen on site of each new project ensuring the first borehole is drilled smoothly and the customer is happy.
Neven Celebicanin / Director
Good men are hard to find, but not impossible it seems. As company director Nevin's role finds him as Andrew's right hand man.
His mechanical background is an invaluable asset in ensuring all our equipment and 9 rigs are maintained to the highest standard. Nev ensures all our projects run on time and to plan.
Sabina Bollard / Office manager / Director
It's safe to say not much happens without Sabina's involvement. As our office manager and company director Sabina is GSI's backbone, dealing with the day-to-day accounting, method statements, risk assessments and HSE requirements.
She studied at the Baku Oil Academy and became a qualified drilling engineer. Her vast experience working within the oil and gas sector means she also has an in-depth understanding of all kinds of drilling projects and what's required to get the job done.

What can we say about our team?
A great bunch of expert drillers who make every project happens like it should. A close knit team who work together seamlessly (We've trained all our drillers in-house).
Our team is highly skilled and maintain industry standards: Everyone on-site is a member of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and trained to the National Plant Operators Registration scheme (NPORS) standard.
Each is also a trained first-aider. Many have been with us for several years working their way through the ranks and gaining invaluable skills that can only be achieved through hands-on, on-site experience.
