A surprising amount of the well drilling we do is in built-up and urban areas like London. In fact drilling in tight spaces such as basements, alleyways and small gardens is very possible thanks to our specialist drilling rigs.
What if you drill and there’s no water?
It is sometimes possible that you don’t have water on your property. Many other companies will still charge you for drilling even if they don’t find water. Our experience means we won’t make a start unless we’re confident. So, if we don’t find water, we won’t charge you a penny.

Because there are many variables, there’s no fixed cost for drilling a water well. That’s why we offer a FREE no obligation quote. The initial investment may seem high, but you could save up to 80% on your bills, meaning a well will pay for itself in the long run. Plus it’s a great selling point if you ever sell your home.
What if there’s not enough water for my needs?
We guarantee at least 20,000 cubic litres of water per day. That’s more than enough for many large gardens and busy households (equal to 133 full baths or around 11,429 pints of beer). That’s because we drill down to the aquifer, many companies only drill until they reach the initial water table.
Well drilling and full pump installation
Of course, your well installation doesn’t start and finish with the drilling process. We only use high quality materials and excellent quality Grundfos Pump equipment. You’ll be left with a water well that will last for generations.
We check your well water for purity and measure the flow to ensure you’ll receive the right quality and amount of water.
Then, we’ll check your geology to find out if there is ground water beneath your property. If everything checks out ok, we’ll arrange a site meeting to discuss your water well project in more detail.
We follow the British Drilling Association’s (BDA) recommendations for water well drilling, which means our we drill all our water boreholes to an exceptional technical standard.
